Masdar city campus

BL is responsible for the construction of a sustainable office building complex, which extends over three lots and includes seven single and multi-tenant office buildings and a park. Six buildings will be constructed to the highest green building specifications, while the MC2 headquarters will be Abu Dhabi's first net-zero energy office building.

BL responsibilities will include civil works for all eight buildings and finishing works for four buildings and all common areas, entrance and elevator lobbies, washrooms, prayer rooms, locker rooms and bicycle storage areas. Work also includes associated infrastructure and MEP works.
